Chair Women's and Girls Development Group

We will be shortly be actively recruiting a Chair of the Women's and Girls Development Group. This role has increasing status within the Board. It is a key role and includes (full job description available on request):-
  • Being the single point of contact on all W&G matters with the ECB
  • Working with the Chairs of Youth and Cricket to achieve deliver the agreed programme
  • Managing the team managers
  • Working in partnership with the OCB coaching team to raise playing and preparation standards
  • Driving the development of the game within Districts, Oxfordshire Schools and Clubs
  • Building a league structure
  • Fund raising
  • Managing the annual W&G budget
This person will have leadership skills and communication skills and will have a track record of recruiting and developing a volunteer workforce, raising funds and managing budgets.
