Management teams are a fundamental part of the structure of OCB Ltd, replacing the more traditional committee structures. Subject areas are purposely narrow. Each team is accountable for delivering the agreed programme of work within their financial guideline. They are all voluntary roles except for the Head of Cricket and Cricket Development Officer plus some admin costs. At the recommendation of the Membership management group all members of management teams will be expected to be full members of OCB Ltd. Recommendations from the minutes of these meetings will be considered at the monthly Board meetings. Best meeting practice applies including the appointment of a Chair, Secretary and the production of action orientated minutes (within the week). All meetings should be held at our offices in the Oxford Academy. VC & telephonic meetings are an acceptable alternative in exceptional and urgent circumstances.
