County Youth cricket is about developing excellence in our young cricketers and helping them to progress to the highest level that their talents allow. 
The OCB manage 8 County Boys squads. Players are assessed in the Autumn and spend the winter receiving squad and specialist coaching from the OCB coaching team. Managers and coaches work tirelessly to organise off the field activities.
