Darryl Woods Chairs the Oxfordshire branch of the ECB Coaches Association. There are now 179 coaches affiliated to the OCBCA. Along with Secretary  Lesley Pykett and the ECB Regional Forum Advisor Michael Geeson Brown and the committee members of Beth Lewis,  and Les Addison, they will be putting in a lot of work delivering coach development courses. Very conveniently Darryl is also the EPP Head Coach for the OCB. That means there is very close bond between the development of coaches and the development of our    young players.

Producing better coaches in order to produce better players is a major objective for the OCBCA and we are keen to do all we can to ensure your first experience of cricket coach education is as enjoyable and inspiring as possible. As an aspiring coach, your welfare and development is a primary concern for us and we are keen that you select the most appropriate course for your own needs.
