Focus Clubs


What are Focus Clubs?

The OCB operates a continuous process to identify clubs who are able to perform as a focus of cricketing activity within a geographical area. 

A key requirement of the role is to form partnerships with:-

1. Schools and educational establishments
2. Community groups
3. Local business and sponsors

Focus clubs need to be committed to:-

1. Junior development
2. Working with ethnic minorities
3. Working with the disabled

Focus clubs have priority access to the OCB Cricket Development Manager to provide assistance in the delivery of their development plans.

The agreed SLA between the OCB is attached below.
