Structure
The OCB consists of an Executive Group and 5 Board Committees. We have one Cricket Development Manager and an Advisory Group which consists of heads of local independent cricket / sporting organisations and 2 trusted advisors. See document file below.
Each Spring, Summer and Autumn meeting round is followed by an Exec meeting. The Exec's primary function is to set objectives, set budgets and deal with escalations. The Board committees are in place to run 'steady state', make best use of the allocated budget and deliver annual objectives.

Cricket Development Manager

Advisory Group
This group offers an external view on the OCB Executive. Attendees are:-

Women's & Girl's Development Group
To deal with this rapidly developing area of the game the Officers have legitimised the formation of a dedicated group which looks across the whole spectrum of developing the W&G's game.
2009 Objectives
In consultation with the ECB the OCB have signed up to a set of improvement objectives for 2009. Those objectives are listed in the attachment below.
