Management teams are a fundamental part of the structure of OCB Ltd, replacing the more traditional committee structures. Subject areas are purposely narrow. Each team is accountable for delivering the agreed programme of work within their financial guideline. They are all voluntary roles except for the Head of Cricket and Cricket Development Officer plus some admin costs. At the recommendation of the Membership management team all members of management teams will be expected to be full members of OCB Ltd.
