The ECB ACO, as it is usually known, has links with our own Oxfordshire Association of Cricket Officials (OACO). Training, Assessing and Mentoring of ECB ACO Umpires in Oxfordshire has been undertaken by the OACO. To date there has been considerable investment in the umpires. A new initiative is being launched to provide the same opportunity for scorers.
